Roast green beans with tomatoes and garlic.

If you’re looking for a tasty vegetable dish you have to try this. Simply preheat your oven to 200ºc. In a baking dish mix 450g of fresh green beans, 150g of quartered cherry tomatoes, three cloves of garlic peeled and roughly chopped, four tablespoons of olive oil, half a glass of white wine, the juice and zest of one lemon, salt and pepper. Cover the dish with foil and bake for ten minutes. Remove the beans, stir, add another half glass of white wine and return to the oven uncovered for another ten mins. The tomatoes mixed with the olive oil make a beautiful sauce to go with the beans. Enjoy with roast meat or fish.
