Raita.

Mix 300g of Greek yoghurt, half a green apple, peeled, cored and grated, 1 tablespoon of finely diced red onion, 3cm of cucumber, peeled, diced and deseeded, a pinch of garam masala, a pinch of ground cumin, the juice of half a lime and a handful of fresh coriander finely chopped. Chill until needed.
