I’m thrilled that I’m featured in the May edition of Food & Wine Magazine-‘Ireland’s food and drink bible’. The pic was taken at the back of my house, the remains of an orchard by the wonderfully wacky Val O’Connor. We had such fun taking that pic – and many more including me throwing a bowl of flour in the air! What a great way of getting rid of stress!
